Refund Policy
Due to the personal nature of all our soaps and body products, all sales are final and we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
Damages and issues :
If your product package arrives damaged, please refuse the package and notify us at tahorsoap@gmail.com.
For products that have been opened, please take pictures of the damaged items and submit them via email within 72 hours, (3) days, of receipt of your product. Send your full name, phone number & order number along with a picture of damaged product to info@tahorsoap.com.
